Pak Karim should learn from this expensive lesson. The bursa is not pasar malam for you to adjust your accounting figures as you like. Even you have a good business proposition but tak apa attitude towards compliance and accounting is a real setback for Serba. Scib and Kpower will suffer the same fate soon. Do not play a fool with investors money and bursa Malaysia. The management may have taken too lightly on this aspect. Janji kaya sudah !!!

The main reason why DAP(Tony Pua) told the government to stop appointing KPMG as the auditor of companies related to the Malaysian government is because KPMG have failed to flag suspicious transactions in 1MDB's book, thus jeopardizing taxpayers' money.

In SD's case, KPMG did the opposite of what they didn't do when they audited 1MDB, which is flagging suspicious transactions and figures. Maybe they were seeking for a redemption of some sort, I'm not sure.

Anyways, we're just one working day away from knowing the truth. Maybe SD is right, maybe KPMG is right or maybe both are wrong LOL! It all depends on the much awaited SIR.

After this heavy selling Saga of the three companies never will Pak Karim and management to ignore good governance and compliance again. You lost billions as a very very expensive lesson. Investors totally lost confidence. The nuclear time bomb has not been deactivate yet. Only after that if Serba survives baru boleh repair balik reputation dan financial position. That time price will stand at 0.095 to 0.18 cent the price.

Billion of debt due soon, how to pay and refinance...just follow bursar instruction, simple and easy......or soon they will sue Bursar also ....than Karim will be the first public listed company sue almost all the authority. Lol
