In a filing with the stock exchange, Serba Dinamik said the High Court has directed that affidavits which contain updates on the SIR be “locked out from the court system for view and/or download by all parties except for the Court”."

Please note that USD 500,000 is the total amount shared amongst ALL noteholders and investors would proportionately receive their share based on respective nominal holdings.

The SIR made public when Filling the OS, the doc can be download by anyone from court system...lol

The OS must be filed together with an Affidavit in Support exhibiting documentary evidence intended to be relied on
