Seems like some promoter like pearlwhite intention is obvious, same tactic used by former directors criticized and condemned regulator, shop lot auditor, bias bursar, non professional judge.......

Just release SIR or auditor QR lah, 2 years no auditor QR, 2 years......

No need wait until 31st only release audited AR lah, no need hide the SIR lah...so simple.

pearl white.... delusional. like this, all companies like Transmile, London Biscuit and the likes where they go kaput because auditor refuses to sign is because of deliberate manipulation with malice?

The only manipulation done is by Karim and his team.... manipulate the accounts.

If no manipulation, just release the SIR by EY.

If Nexis refuses to sign the AR by the end of this year, that will be 3 audit companies saying something is rotten in Serba-land, but Peral White will still say all 3 are against Serba.

PearlWhite lose so much until gila already.
