I strongly doubt the auditors dare to give clean opinion on the accounts as the whole world are now watching closely on their works & reports.

Anything goes wrong on their audit works will risk their audit license, plus heavy penalties.

put it this way, now that EY and KPMG have the same opinion, why in the world will Nexis sign the AR knowing both big boys says got fraud? if Nexis sign off the 2020 AR, they can be sued, thus, Nexis will probably demand Serba release the SIR to them also and then they decided, which means unlikely and no AR..... finish.

SD and SCIB definitely cannot come out with AR or SIR. Nexia already runaway with CEO.

SIR already out long time ago, just that SD don't want to admit it report card only. Now want to erase his wrongdoing.

Just like student afraid to let his mother know how bad his results get D and E grade, saying that his teacher wrongly marks his paper or dog bite his report card
