can't understand, what kind of brain of this, it gone case already, no money to run the business, no bank will give loan, no salary will be paid, all project halt, bonds cross defaulted, bank will do everythhing to get back their money as much as it could.

it is not as easy as you can imagine, just like changing the CEO only. The company will have to address all the cash flow problems, bond holders, the suppliers issue etc.. All the problems just wont disappear by changing few persons only..not until everything is fully settled.

You dont really know corporate workings ya. Look at SD corporate structure.

SD cannot do what you suggested. Their debt and problems will not allow it.

Only delisting is the solution.
