Tapi masalahnya Kontrak sendiri yg tertulis tak boleh dikongsikan dgn pihak luar. Ko ni bacalah betol2. Kalo kamu bodoh, sekurang kurangnya jgn la tunjuk bodoh. FFU hanya tak perlu pengesahan jika KONTRAK kata tak perlu. Sekarang KONTRAK bulat2 kata PERLU. Pergilah baca kontrak dari EYC tu.

Well, whatever it is...SERBA's 26 pager has lots of mater which throws enough dirt on BURSA and SC.

In my working experience w BURSA, SC - these are "sacrosanct entities which can do no wrong"...and these 2 entities will insist of senior Mgmt of listed entities to "not talk down upon them" and communications had to be routed through merchant banks!

No way can anyone call up officers and mind you these fellows that we have to deal with at Compliance and Listing rules are junior fellows. They cant ascertain or understand certain terms and hide behind "approach"...thus, to avoid not being able to answer queries!

These officers are paid just too well 3-6 mths bonuses every year, in addition to high base salary and for BURSA fellows - they had ESOS!

Every application to BURSA has to be such that a fee is to be paid..There were occasions of double billings by BURSA and we were told not to ask for refund but use it as part fee of future planned corporate activities!

Oh I didnt realise that. So, does it mean at 500 million shares are only available up for grabs? Are you sure sharks hold 100 million only? Last I estimated, its around 200 million (which would make 400 million shares available for grabs).

Still, if sharks are planning to offload at the 1st TP of RM1, (RM 1 is the figure being quoted in the whole of the investors/speculators market worldwide), that makes you, coldeyesifu, KYY and Speedmart99 work even harder.

Huang, tentu lah I tahu apa yg I katakan. Saya kata "pegesahan" drpd EYC diperlukan. Masalahnya FFU itu masih belum siap sempurna, jadi macam mana FFU boleh dikemukakan tanpa tanggungjawab EYC yg hasilkan itu? Assignment dihasilkan pelajar kenalah ada butiran dia sendiri dgn pengesahan yg fakta dijumpai adalah benar dan segala informasi diterbit akan dipikul tanggungjawab oleh pelajar. Kontrak sendiri yg tertera tiada laporan boleh dikemukakan kpd pihak ke3 sehinggalah Final Report disediakan. FFU bukan Final Report. Kalo ia final report pun maka, beranilah bertanggungjawab mengesahkannya. Apa masalahnya? Biarlah EYC yg jawab. Bukan suruh ko jawab pun.

Many are supporters because money stuck inside Serba, not because they think Serba is a good company, they regretted their gambling choice and now thinks they can move markets by commenting in i3.

I highly doubt Serba will be trading again. I dont see how Karim will release the FFU, unless he is forced to.

People like investorking now lost his own mind and think by thinking he can make KYY, coldeye and etc to buy this stock, so powerful. coldeye is smart enough not to touch this stock during the early stage.

pearlwhite went kuku and thinks got some hidden hand wants to snatch Serba, like Serba is some space company.

I do not know how true purple70 was about SC and Bursa but my experience was totally different as I found Bursa and SC are friendly and helpful when I approach them for guidance on how to call an EGM for propose forensic audit on Xingquan financial account.

But somehow thing change when Bursa Vice President of surveillance was acid attacked by a hired attacker.

Adesss, ada org kat sini tak faham apa maksud kontrak kah? Kontrak tu kena diikuti terlebih dahulu. FFU yg tak perlu pengesahan hanya textbook material. Kalo kontrak kata laporan yg diperlukan adalah X maka hasilkan la X, sudah tentu laporan tu akan dikemukakan. I won't challenge that. Tapi masalah sekarang FFU yg dimaksudkan tu belum siap (Not yet completed). Hopefully that clarifies, just in case you cannot comprehend BM. Even EY also agreed their FFU have pending items but Bursa who attended the meeting requested for it to be released. So this is where SD is coming from. Furthermore EY does not want to continue where they left off with the incomplete FFU. The FFU findings from EYC supposedly have questionable figures because it is not completed yet. These are just presented materials to the board with Bursa in attendance on status update findings. Do you submit unfinished report in your line of duty? Think about it.

Not many people knew that the 26 March 2022 article by a certain media company was the result of having full knowledge of the AGC's decision to offer the compound and requested SD to make a representation, even before the end of April.

Furthermore when you charge SD using sub-standard investigative work and acquisition of information from "streetwalker investors", SC ended up losing its own credibility.

Its no wonder Bursa contempt proceedings against Serba Dinamik knowing apart from the RM16million fines, they don't have to disclose the FFU anymore.

**Serba Dinamik, in the “interests of producing finality”, further claimed that the offer of the compound should be accompanied by the discontinuation of any insistence by Bursa that the factual findings update (FFU) is to be announced.**
