Rasanya ko tak faham apa yg terkandung dlm kontrak EYC. EYC telah menyatakan EYC hanya bertanggungjawab mengeluarkan Final Report dan bukannya intermediate report yg belom lengkap. Jadi bagaimana SD sepatutnya mengeluarkan FFU yg hanyalah report belom lengkap ke pihak ke3? Klao ko tau, ko jawab la. Tiada sesiapa pun yg ingin bertanggungjawab memberi keterangan kpd report belom lengkap. Kalo ko xtau mengaku je la. Jangan asyik kutuk tanpa memikirkan secara lebih objektif.

Read up..

SIR is under purview of Bursa. IR is not. There is no issue of reports being seen by Bursa as 3rd party

@Huang Ko masih blom faham apa yg terkandung dalam kontrak ke? Kontrak tu tertulis terang2 yg report belom lengkap TIDAK BOLEH dikongsikan dengan pihak luar. Kalau perlu kongsikan maka beranilah mengesahkan dgn tandatangan dahulu. Knp EYC tidak berani buat pengesahan? Kontrak EYC sendiri tetapi EYC sendiri yg mungkir? Ko ni byk buat andaian sendiri. Baca la dulu sebelom keluarkan ayat ko tu. Ko kena fikir secara lebih objektif.

The court order on Feb7

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 7): Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has been ordered by the High Court to reveal the fact-finding update (FFU) by Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd (EY Consulting), which was appointed to conduct a special independent review (SIR) on the public-listed company.

This is an order that demands Serba Dinamik to make a public announcement of the FFU of EY Consulting following its SIR pursuant to paragraph 2.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (MMLR) within two market days from the date of this order. This means that Serba Dinamik will have to reveal the FFU by Wednesday (Feb 9).

With the decision by Judicial Commissioner Wan Muhammad Amin Wan Yahya, the court said it is empowered to grant reliefs sought by Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd, which had filed the application against Serba Dinamik under Section 360 of the Capital Market and Services Act 2007 (CMSA).

Hi Danny, yes. Bursa had sought for various prayers in their Originating Summons. And from my reading of SDs announcement, it does comply with the prayers/court order dated 7th Feb.

if investors not happy with serbadk,.......take legal action against those directors,.......if karim go missing,..........awang still there, i don`t think he will run away,.......awang can pay for your investment loses if you win the court case,.......if you don`t have money to pay for legal fee,.....find your good friends or relative lawyer who are will to help you,.....,it is not SC , BURSA, MACC, AGC job to take the legal action for you.

You want your money back or start trading again better find Si Karim for answer for the FFU report... Everyday repeat the same things is useless and there is nothing can do... The FFU report is up to Si Karim hand and dont let him pusing your mind by blaming SC or Bursa.. There is no credibilty in him and just know how to wayang only..

Kalo ko tak fasih BM, kenapa ko masih berada di Malaysia? Bahasa negara sendiri pun tak erti, kenapa pula nak jadi warganegara? Kerana org seperti kau la yg berlagak sebagai org putih padahal nak berpegang kpd warganegara tanpa FASIH BM pun. Buat apa?

It never was, just rumblings by Serba to confuse the investors.
And it works.

Judge already told Serba to release it, why argue with the judge,
if Serba not happy, go sue again.

Last time when get longkang project immediately report to Bursa,
all tiny small project also report to generate hype,
but now, this big important document Karim says not important.

Karim is goreng stock king.
goreng until many ikan bilis lose money yet still support him.

How can someone equate a 26 page love letter to a FFU report?

Anytime shit from SD is treated like Ramly burger for the dumbies.

The 26 report is nothing but a report.. a complaint letter , a love letter, a madman letter.
It is not FFU so don’t hope for trading of SD stock.

It is a contempt of court when the judge clearly told serba and the board to release it but they still refuses to do so.
