Only seen claims like:

2) so called "Fasih" in Audit

SC lodges police report against Serba Dinamik

KUALA LUMPUR (April 23): The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), which is mandated to regulate the capital market, is understood to have lodged a police report against beleaguered oil and gas company Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd on Saturday (April 23).

The SC is understood to have lodged the report at the Jalan Travers police station, alleging that Serba Dinamik’s announcement to Bursa Malaysia on Thursday (which included an attachment, a 26-page filing entitled the court order dated Feb 7, 2022) is in breach of Section 499 of the Penal Code, which covers criminal defamation.

At the time of writing on Saturday, the SC had yet to reply to queries sent by theedgemarkets.com on the police report.

A source close to the SC, however, said that the regulator views the 26-page filing “as an attempt to intimidate” and prevent the commission from carrying out its duties.

FFU tu PERLUKAN pengesahan berdasarkan Kontrak yg dituliskan EYC sendiri. Kalo FFU tak perlukan pengesahan siapa yg bertanggungjawab menjawab keraguan yg ada? Tapi masalahnya Kontrak sendiri yg tertulis tak boleh dikongsikan dgn pihak luar. Ko ni bacalah betol2. Kalo kamu bodoh, sekurang kurangnya jgn la tunjuk bodoh. FFU hanya tak perlu pengesahan jika KONTRAK kata tak perlu. Sekarang KONTRAK bulat2 kata PERLU. Pergilah baca kontrak dari EYC tu.

Tu lah, @Huang ko ni jenis pendatang kalo ko pandai takpe, tapi ko ni jenis pendatang yang tau menyalak saje dan asyik tak nak baca betol2 mmg memeningkan negara.

Serba already defaulted their US$7 million coupon payment in December 2021 which triggered a cross default, no need for them to default on the may bond. that is why they are PN17 now.

Those that says it is because of KPMG and bankers that causes serba to default, remember this, if Serba needs banker's money to pay off their previous debt, what is this then? Isn't it a ponzi scheme?

And since Serba claims they have so much receivables, they already got 1 year plus to collect them and pay that USD7m. Why suddenly the receivables all gone? You know why? because it is fake receivables.

SC ni dah melampau. Now really need government intervention, sarawak government intervention or even palace intervention to sack those in SC. keep prolong this fiasco. Dia dah malu sebab tak boleh jawab soalan SD. Terus buat police report to shut them up.

There is a saying, if you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.

Karim created this mess, and he is not trying to solve it, he is trying to save himself. Karim cannot save Serba, and Serba is beyond saving. There is no way Serba can ever pay back their bonds, never.

From my understanding, every quarter RM500m was send to the middle east for investment purpose, or was it every year? I am not too sure, but I know a large sum of money are send to these middle eastern countries in the name of investment, question is, we all know majority of the projects in the middle east are fake, can be see with the latest QR when so much impairment was due to the ME's project. What happened to the billions send to there? KPMG said fake address, fake people, fake location, fake projects... so, where are the monies?
