Basically the swing trade is just to take advantage from the changes from one price to another price ( irrespective of the degree of changes ) to and fro on back to back basis. if the price does not swing and instead all the way plummeting , then it is disastrous....

KUALA LUMPUR: Sapura Energy Bhd will be able to meet the deadline of its debt restructuring, building on the optimism of its business regularisation, also known as the Reset Plan, group chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Anuar Taib said. The company, together with 22 of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, had secured a nine-month extension on the restraining order against its creditors by the High Court to restructure its debts under a scheme of arrangement. The extension will expire on March 10, 2023.

Anuar said with the company in the process of refinancing its RM10.3 billion debt, it was in the interest of everybody across the board in working towards resolving the issue. We have brought in RM15 billion worth of work into Malaysia since 2010. Anuar said Sapura Energy was bidding for RM22.8 billion of contracts and was sitting on an RM8.3 billion orderbook - the highest level since the Covid-19 global slowdown.

We have managed to renegotiate some of these (legacy) contracts and the target is to lessen our exposure to 30 per cent by the end of the financial year 2023 from 80-90 per cent last year," he said. *Sapura Energy returned to the black in the first quarter ended April 30, 2022, with a net profit of RM91.93 million from a net loss of RM97.07 million in the same quarter a year ago*.

Bogus company turned into loss-making company after caught of accounting fraud. It means they dont really have actual business running to make the profit. All money came from selling their own shares to shareholders. Avoid at all cost.

modus operandi yang digunakan secara mudah.

1. Umum projek baru bernilai berbillion dollar , JV dengan syarikat baru di luar negara yang tak pernah ade track record.

2. Jual saham dengan alasan sebagai modal untuk jalankan projek instead of buat loan bank.

3. Guna nilai receivables ( hutang yg perlu dibayar oleh klien ) sebagai nilai pendapatan (revenue) atau keuntungan (profit) utk tipu pelabur dalam laporan kewangan. Padahal klien tu x wujud atau shell company. Mmg sampai ke sudah receiveables tak pernah jadi cash (duit) , hanya duduk dalam financial report saja itu yg sampai berbillion dollar hutang dari klien.

4. Ulang langkah 1-3.

Bila kantoi guna langkah 1-4.. dah x boleh jual saham atau tipu financial report,, atau nilai saham jatuh teruk itu yg terus jadi rugi je setiap suku laporan kewangan.

Today volume not bad closed 11 sen since Serba is a PN17 Battleship.

59 million shares traded with Brent still above USD 105..

Here is Mabel trading in Dec 2020. That time volume only 45 million shares traded and Brent was less than USD 50..

Imagine if Serba price if it is no longer a PN17 Battleship.

I told you guys Mabel will be back when my P1 Battleship is ready to dance.

Today Mabel Serba Missiles IR 4.0 were automatic launched from the battleship when she beached RM 2.01, RM 2.02 and RM 2.03..before Serba continue to climb toward RM 2.09 with fantastic volume. As per writing more than 45 million shares has already been traded.

More Missile will be launched..

Next Target Price is RM 2.275.

Brent will break above $50 this week and break above $60 by end of December 2020 !
