KLCI 20-4-2016

Hit low of 1704 today and recovered back to 1708. Still missing one minor minor leg down to 1700-1696 area before a good bounce. Dare devils like region will be scooping some shares at 1700 level :)

Current leg down from 1727 is cancelled if CI trade above 1717.

HSI 20-4-2016
hit low of 21104 today and recovered back to 21236.
I prefer it to test 20948 before a good rebound.
20948 is cancelled if hsi trend above 21400.

wave A = 21511 - 21002 = 509
wave B = 21002 - 21457 = 455

possible wave C
0.618 wA = 21142
1.0 wA = 20948

Tony:

Am plotting aax is tail end wave of 5th.

It hit 0.39 yesterday.. which is in between of

wave V equal wave i = 0.385
Extension 1.618 of i = 0.41

If it push high today to 0.40... time to take profit..

I dont see extension here, double top forming on rsi and macd.

Lets monitor the price action today.

Jake81, when the hsi bull in feel good mode, don't ever touch hsi-hu, you are going to hit the wall badly. I will hold C17 after european markets open and see hsi will go into runway mode.

Did you notice this 21580 now (HK40) is the closing back of the gap 21485-21576 created on yesterday 20apr morning slump....it MAY be a very powerfull sign if it can breakout next 2 days.....

Jake81, the 7-10c drop rule can apply if the price is around 15-25c and it left about a month to expiry. Don't simply pick up, study the trend and the market direction first or you may get a hot shit.
