Today Game Plan for KLCI is go for C28, C38 or C46, for day trade only.
As for HSI, 50/50 C or H will win, personally I prefer H as not much moentum seen on HSI today.

C50 is for holding long one, usually the price movement is not much in a day, unless you are bullish and want to hold it for more than a week, that's ok. As I said before, holding too long will benefit the MM only unless it is in at least mini bull run.

Kitty, C50 - expiry 30/8, c/ratio 700:1, c46 -epxpiry 29/7, c/ratio 300:1. The closer to the expiry, the smaller the c/ratio and the further to the strike level then the more volatile to the index movement. So you have to choose a right one for the risk level that you can take. Like C28 which is very close to the expiry, each day the price can possibly fluctuate +/-40%.
