your worries is akin to bursa UMA. why dont you write a letter questioning bursa does UMA make more harm to newbies or protect them?

i believe is the latter.

Tengku:there seems a selective application of UMA by Bursa and prosecution by SC.Writing to Bursa gets no response! try it!
