It is actually very fruitless to delete other people's posts.

I have observed how this forum has been abused by calvin, samm and his friends for the last few days.

So many posters' posts were deleted for no reasons.

Be reasonable and do not abuse this forum.

Because of the deletions, I have to repost the same posts just to get the message through.

Obviously, we are dealing with very unreasonable people with too much at stake.

On the other hand, Buffett and his guru, Benjamin Graham, said to invest based on value and not on "castle in the air" projections.

NetX is not going to benefit from NFCP.

Please study the business of NetX. Its business segments. Which are they? Which is the active one at the moment? Which one is dormant? Which two are not having new sales the last 2 years and why? How good is this company's business before this, today and going forward? How much more they have to spend to update and upgrade their pre-existing products? Why are they sucking in more capital? Why are they not able to generate the revenues and the profits to fund their own operating expenses and future growth? How competitive are their business? What happened to their infrastructure business which they were last active in 2012? What has happened to the segment and the team? Do they still have a team in place after all these years of no activity?


Why bother with so many questions? You can always find a better stock with higher quality and better reward/risk ratio to put your money to work safely and more rewardingly.

Just that when savvy investor look into facebook, in the infancy stage they know it is a winner loh.....!! Thus they are prepare to take up the private placement mah...!!

As for the loan to the subsidiaries of 72 m, it was mentioned in the annual report.

However it is so opaque, we cannot determine whether the company NetX can get this back in the future.

(Of course, calvin of Singapore fame tells you this is cash of 72 m that is readily accessible to NetX. Promoters' greed knows no bounds. )


Also in the annual report, NetX stands guarantor for bank loans to its subsidiaries up to about RM 2 million.

In 2016, SIS was fully subscribed at 4 sen per share by the employees. 2016 and 2017: the businesses of NetX was relatively optimistic. Ariantec performed well and so did Payallz.

Sadly and unfortunately, the businesses of these 2 subsidiaries collapsed in 2018 and now. The employees who bought the SIS lost 50% of their money todate. It was 75% when the shares were at 1 sen. There is high probability that the share of NetX will trade below 0.5 sen per share, given its business is technologically challenging (need a lot of capex and marketing expenditure) and there are many new and old better competitors.

In August 2019 Asiabio has 264 million Netx shares which is 7.3% (more up to date data from calvin).


Still, the above shows Asiabio shares in NETX has been diluted.

thankfully, by owning compounders long term, these beat the returns of the deep value investors hands down.

in 2018, when many suffered 50% losses, my portfolio returned fantastically. one stock I owned doubled that year and that was a return of 7 figures.

the opportunity cost of looking for and owning and selling deep undervalued not so high quality stocks can be huge over the long term.
