Interesting strategy by the directors. Announce Bonus Issue with free warrants. Lots of small flies jump in to scoop up the shares. Then announce a serial of small additional listings to disguise the PP announced under additional listing also. Without knowing it, those chasing the bonus issues already scoop up all the shares of the PP holders. Good luck.

On behalf of Sersol, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 6 October 2022 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Placement Shares at RM0.079 each (“Issue Price”) in relation to the Private Placement I.
The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 9.40% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Sersol Shares up to and including 5 October 2022 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.0872 per Sersol Share.
