@shun2311 REITs under malls and commercial offices generally don't perform well during pandemic period. WFH effects reduces companies to retain the high office rents. Besides that, malls are also getting hit hard during MCO Phase 1 & 2. Should recover in the 2nd half of 2022 provided no further new lockdowns.
