omg, as someone who live in Sabah, I knew that the mall occupancy rate has been lowered during covid / mco, but previous quarters mall operations still not suffer losses, although not making significant profit anymore. Can't believe such a huge loss in mall operation during this quarter. So sad for asiapac, hope mall operation profitability can recover in future after covid is gone

AsiaPac current loss is just temporary due to impairment loss on accounting standard and MCO disruption to its Imago Mall...All these are just temporary and wil surely recover when vaccination is rollout fully... Imago Mall is worth over 1.2 bil on book and NTA is over 1.00... At 0.135 it is already deeply undervalued despite current losses...Any price lower than this is a great opportunity to bargain hunt surely Imago wil make a comeback...

Imago steady, dwitara sold out, rimba hills shouldn't be a problem, LikasVue good project but I guess more like 70-80% take up rate.

Times square carpark maybe slightly less congested, notably lately karamunsing most if not all ground carpark is charging RM10, so neighbouring karamunsing capital should be slightly better off.
