Buying momentum is gaining strength leading to the announcement of LSS5 results...Mkland is set to benefit the most from this LSS5 project as it doesn't have to pay rental to rent the solar farm unlike other solar operators which have to pay hefty land rental that is definitely going to reduce their profits...Northern Perak is the great catalyst for MkLand to generate RE revenue and to develop industrial properties...

The reason for mkland’s low volume is basically the attitute of the management. The directors themselves should starting buying more and more. Jika org ramai mula sedar ada org dalam dah mula membeli maka keyakinan akan kembali. Pihak pengurusan perlu membuat sidang media dan maklumkan projek projek bakal di laksanakan oleh mkland. Dalam pada itu isu LSS5 patut di hebohkan, maklum juga ttg land bank mk yg begitu luas sekali. Baru lah pelabur akan yakin dan berpusu pusu membeli saham mk. Sekarang hanya nemesis yg mewar warkan bakal pelaburan mk. Oleh yg demikian pihak pengurusan perlu pro aktif mulai sekarang. Kesian lah pelabur pelabur yg telah membeli saham mk ketika ianya tinggi 😩.

Kigip economic effects will definitely spillover to Lembah Beriah as more land is needed for industrialization in Northern Perak...This is a boon for Mkland as it has massive landbank there to develop industrial properties as more foreign n local companies set up factories and plant in Northern Perak which has lower cost compared to Kulim and Batu Kawan...Reiterate Buy as the future winner!

It is obvious that Mkland is rebranding and engaging with Media to attract investors and coverage...Things will move up the ladder with coming LSS5 big win of contracts...For Mkland to move up to 1.00, institutional investors and big funds must buy a stake in the company or else its shared price won't sustain firmly...thus Mkland forge ahead aggressively in property and Renewable Energy ventures...

As part of LSS5 bidding conditions, it clearly stated that it is compulsory that Malaysian + Bumiputra condition must be MET. I guess MK Land will be one of the bidders that qualifies and fulfill these conditions and hence would be considered more favourably in the bidding process.

Yess Mkland is 100% Bumiputera status...Chances of it winning a big portion of the LSS5 is very promising...On top of that Mkland has its own massive landbank in Perak and a Net cash balance sheet...All this arr very favourable to generate optimum profits...Let us wait for the LSS5 announcement soon...

24 Julai was the closing date. It is nearly a month but still the results has not been annonced.
You also say that it is a clean sweet for mkland for the floating solar farm but price is still lingering below 0.20 and there is no volimu at all. I still remember your call buy……buy buy reiterate buy @0.23 / 0.24 and because your call buy many people bought and now facing huge losses.
The biggest drama of all times ‘ I AM SURE PRICE WILL GO TO RM0.30 IN AUGUST IF NOT I WILL GET LOST FROM THIS FORUM FOREVER’.

Sometimes share prices are pushed down in anticipating for a good news announcement...So that those related parties can acquire at cheap price...if your investment horizon is long term, then why should you worry??? If u have extra money, then you should take this current opportunity to buy more shares at substantial discount...if it drops to 0.15 more beautiful cos it is so much cheaper to acquire than it is 0.190 now...

Dasan...U shouldn't invest in stocks if you are so fearful and panic if stock prices down instead of going up...as I mention many time stock investing is a long term game...if u can't see ur holdings plunged 50% without getting panic stricken, then u should put ur money in the bank deposit...Stocks down u blame me n even called me evil...I really have no time dealing with a small kid like you...Anyway I keep my promise, I will get lost fm this forum by end of this mth...won't comment anymore on MkLand...All yours Dasan!!!

For your kind info we are stuck high up and some have bought @0.50 and it is more than year. That is fine as we understand ups and downs in the stock market. However what is evil and cunning is people who are confident and trap others for their own gains. Hope you are not one of them.!!
Meanwhile for those like us who are making losses can only pray that we dont get conned in future with the tagline ‘buy buy reiterate buy’. By the way for those who want quick $ dont gamble in stock market.
