@cicak, if you dont pay, they delay or find excuses to reject your application. If you pay, you encourage 'undertable', officer will ask you why didnt you report. If you report, officers will ask you to testify infront of them. Then they will get gangs to disturb your business. So walk which way also you die. Welcome to the world. That why sgd : myr 1:3.
