As of December 31, 2009, its subsidiaries were Foremost Audio Sdn. Bhd., HLS Manufacturing & Trading Sdn. Bhd., HLS Properties Sdn. Bhd., Yaku Shin (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Yaku Shin E-Tech (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Yaku Shin (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. In September 2011, it acquired Alpine Transform Sdn. Bhd.
