Business Background SAAG Consolidated (M) Bhd is engaged in engineering, procurement and commissioning of turbo machinery, rigs and other oil and gas, petrochemical and power related equipment and services, joint-venture activities with its subsidiaries and provision of management services. It has six segments: investment holding; trading, maintenance, repair and overhaul; rig services; manpower consultancy, design and engineering services; marine logistics and support, ownership, construction and operations, and construction, infrastructure and project management. It is involved in supply, repair and maintenance of engineering equipment and spare parts of oil and gas and petroleum industry, provision of work-over rig and consultancy services related to drilling for petroleum and related upstream activities, and provision of engineering consultancy and specialist manpower services to oil and gas, power generation and infrastructure based industries. On December 22, 2010, it disposed OGS Asiapac Ltd.
