Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 21 March 2022, 25 March 2022, 29 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 8 April 2022 and 20 April 2022 respectively (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Caely wishes to inform that, having heard the parties’ submissions, the Court had on 21 June 2022 made the following orders:-

1. That OS 178 is struck out with costs in the following manners:-

1. The Plaintiffs to pay costs to D1, Caely Holdings Berhad, the sum of RM5,000/-;
2. The Plaintiffs to pay costs to D2, Mega Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., the sum of RM2,000/-
3. The Plaintiffs to pay costs to D3 to D6, Lim Chee Pang, Lim Say Leong, Ng Chun Hau and Beh Hon Shien, in the sum of RM1,500/-; and
4. The Plaintiffs to pay costs to D7, Fong Nyok Yoon, the sum of RM1,000/-
