I.	PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT;

II.	PROPOSED ACQUISITION; AND

III.	PROPOSED CALL OPTION

Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 25 October 2021, 8 November 2021, 15 December 2021, 7 February 2022, 17 February 2022, 18 February 2022, 1 April 2022 and 30 May 2022 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 30 June 2022, resolved to approve Straits an extension of time of 6 months from 15 June 2022 until 14 December 2022 to complete the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement.
