As much as I hate to wash dirty linen or my disagreement with Mr Ooi Teck Bee in public, I believe this article can help investors.
Mr Ooi Teck Bee sells his weekly stock recommendations for Rm 1,000 per year. He has many subscribers and most of them are losing money. They should ask OTB these questions.
Ever since I sold all my JAKS shares and lost money, to disgrace me, OTB has been promoting JAKS for more than a year. He called it Miss Universe JAKS. You can see the price chart of JAKS below.
Question: Can investors buy JAKS now?
Supermax:
About 6 months ago when I posted my article to advise investors to sell Supermax, OTB wrote a nasty email to scold me. He was very angry with me.

Again, to disgrace me, OTB has been promoting Supermax for more than a year. He has not advised his subscribers to sell Supermax. As a result, many of his subscribers are losing money.
Investors should ask OTB this question.
Question: Can investors buy Supermax now?
Yesterday I post my article namely” Why should Hiap Teck report reduced profit? “. OTB was so angry with me. If I was in front of him, he would have punched my face because he has been promoting Hiap Teck.
Extension of the 3 months lockdown
Due to the rapid increase of Covid 19 cases, the government has already lockdown the whole country in the last 3 months. Now the government has to extend the lockdown period for another few months until 80% of all the people are fully vaccinated.
During lockdown all steel factories including Hiap Teck and all construction companies must remain close. As a result, all steel companies and construction companies will definitely lose money because they have to pay their permanent staff, office maintenance, depreciation of assets, bank loan, etc.
All these companies will definitely report reduced profit or losses in the next few quarters.
Even if Hiap Teck could produce during the lockdown, building contractors do not need to buy Hiap Teck’s products because their workers cannot work during the lockdown. Just open your eyes, you can see all the construction works have stopped.
Only stupid investors cannot understand my writing. They should have some common sense to know this fact and quickly sell all their stock holdings like what I did a few weeks ago.

Unfortunately, Mr Ooi Teik Bee has not stop sending out his weekly buy recommendations for Hiap Teck.
On 17 July, Mr Ooi Teck Bee’s weekly news letter under the title “Hiap Teck- Unearthing the jewel of the east (Steel stock).
Investors with some common sense should know that Hiap Teck will surely report reduced profit or losses in the next few quarters due to the extended period of lockdown.
Question: After investors have read this article, they should ask OTB if they can still buy Hiap Teck?
Conclusion:
In all the 3 cases namely JAKS, Supermax and Hiap Teck, I have posted sell recommendations which OTB does not like because he is afraid of losing his subscribers. If his subscribers cash out from the stock market, they will stop buying OTB’s weekly news letters and he will earn less money.
Since I have cashed out already, whether you buy or sell does not matter to me anymore.
Patience is the key to successful investing.
Hiap Teck has been dropping in the last 3 months as shown on the price chart.
As I said earlier, due to the last 3 months of lockdown, Hiap Teck will surely report reduced profit or losses. It is wiser to wait patiently to see the market reaction when Hiap Teck reported reduced profit or losses.

b) China produces 1) 70& of the Iron/Rebar for Construction use
2) 85% of the High grade steel ( Carbon steel strands, Crome-steel, stainless steel, etc ) of the WORLD !!!
Remember it is NOT that EASY to RE-COMMISSION steel foundries especially HIGH GRADE steel products. PLUS ...... Cars consumes High Grade Coils/Rolls. Expected in 2022 when Car Chips expected to ease.

The price will increase if demand increase (last year glove)
The demand increase and hence people build more supply than demand increase(glove this year)
The price will increase if demand increase slowly, stable or reducing but supply reduce even more (most likely steel and palm oil this year)

I guess if you add up the age of these 2 experienced investors they are above 130 years .please deflate your ego. Don’t be so caught up with who is right and wrong . Sometimes you are right at times not right. Think of the good old days you were buddies. Have a smile, take a deep breath.
