根据arreit(5127)今天发布的文稿, arreit接获第一原告standard confectionary sdn bhd， 与第二原告high 5 conglomerate berhad发出的庭令与申索陈述书，原告的诉讼大致如下：
- 原告根据national land code 1965 section 340(1),(2),(3)挑战arrei以silver bird factory业主身份签署lease agreement的合法性。
- 原告申述之前签署的SNP与lease agreement都是无效兼"不可被执行的"
