pavreit (5212, MYREITs) 发布了1Q2015 quarter report，先看看 summary:

revenue上升 3.8%，profit上升 6.8%，奈何NAV per unit下滑 1.6%

根据报告，revenue上升主要贡献于去年实行重新locate的Beauty Precinct，Dining Loft at Level 7，以及新增‘Couture Pavilion’ at Level 2。而profit的增长则是得益于门牌税以及电费的调低。管理层认为2015为“充满挑战的一年” gst的实行与RM的贬值会是主要挑战。

Nav的意外下滑是由pavreit公司Plant and equipment贬值所致，Plant and equipment从2014年1Q的Rm1.83mil下滑至RM1.6mil，其实Plant and equipment的贬值不是大问题，只是accounting的需要罢了。

pavreit业绩不断攀升新高更本就是预料中事，身在城中黄金金三角，持续看好pavreit。
