sunreit(5176,MYREIT)旗下，市值最大的产业当然就是sunway pyramid shopping mall，在BRT launched了后，uncle jim于5july2015亲身到sunway pyramid site vist，顺便查看sunway pyramid phase 3。

uncle jim可是从pyramid外部一直排队进carpark，周末人可真多。再看看pyramid内部吧，人潮不错，old wing中许多小档口都成功出租，而许多outlet都已经参与了sunway group’s reward program – sunway pal（click here to know more about sunway pal），看图下：

去年x-ray sunreit 2014 annual report旧文中，所提及的种种发展都已成真，先看看sunway pyramid phase 3，sunway pyramid phase 3 包括2層retail mall, 总出租面積為63，000sf, 还包含11層的car park與一個hotel building, 這car park將於現有的sunway pyramid shopping mall car park連接，增加729個parking bays。以下是uncle jim于5jul2015摄入的照片，工程进入尾声了：

而2014年年报中提及的行人道(linkage)連接menara sunway, the pinnacle, sunway resort hotel and spa，最後再延伸到sunway pyramid shopping mall也已经完成，现在顾客可以轻易的通往office, shopping mall, hotel等等，而link bridge的终点，是BRT站哦~

最后当然是BRT了，未来这brt最后可是会连接lrt extension USJ 7站，以通往kelana jaya，目前lrt extension仍未完工，所以BRT还是独立运作，可是就uncle jim当天所见，还相当多人使用BRT，哈哈。

在种种利好带动下，sunway pyramid shopping center理应越来越好，恭喜sunreit的股东了。
