续igbreit后，国内的另一只零售产托巨头 – pavreit也发布了30jun2015 quarter report，老实说，uncle jim等这份report很久了。
pavreit (5212, MYREIT) 发布了30Jun2015 quarter report，看表下：

pavreit宣布派息RM4.09cent，ex-date 11aug2015，payment date 08sept2015。这对比起igbreit的RM4.77cent per unit，也未免差太多了吧，况且igbreit dividend成长15%+
先别与别家REIT比较，revenue的上升贡献于租金的增加，当中包括了新增的Beauty Precinct, extension of ‘Couture Pavilion’ at Level 2 and Dining Loft at Level 7。而公司的property operating expense也由于floor upgrading exercise at Level 1 around Gourmet Emporium area而上升了1%
公司表示，国家推行GST后以及马币贬值导致消费情绪低落，公司打算推行更多的event以吸引国内外消费者，目标是把occupancy rate保持在98%
虽然相比起igbreit比较逊色，可是pavreit还是保持成长，也恭喜各pavreit股东了。
