ASIAPAC'S LABU HAS 400 ACRES LAND WHICH IS ONLY 16KM OR 15 MINUTES FROM BANGI

ASIAPAC ALSO HAS 94 ACRES LAND IN SEMENYIH WHICH IS ONLY 9KM OR 9 MINUTES FROM KAJANG

 

NOTE FURTHER VERY VERY CAREFULLY. OF ALL THE RAIL STATIONS ALONG ECRL ROUTE ONLY 3 HAVE TRAIN INTERCHANGE (BANGI & MENTAKAB HAVE 2 WHILE PUTRAJAYA HAS 3)

Robust sales expected at Jurong residential developments as HSR project gains steam

New units will be rolled out in existing projects.

Residential projects located near Jurong Gateway will enjoy robust sales in coming months, a report by Knight Frank revealed today.

This is on back of the recent announcement that the terminus of the highly-anticipated Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail project will be located at the current Jurong Country Club.

“New units are expected to be rolled out in projects situated within the vicinity of the  terminus, as developers look to capitalize on the positive developments in the area,” stated Knight Frank.

These projects include Waterfront @ Faber, which still has 30 unlaunched units, and Lakeville, which still has 246 unlaunched units. Both of these are located about 2km from the upcoming terminus. 

 

HSR IS NOW POSTPONED

BUT WHEN IT REVIVES AGAIN THERE WILL BE A STAMPEDE TO BUY

You have survey the labu land ??beside labu have bandar enstek,koto seriemas and other .....you know the asiapac land at which side ???total labu have how many acre ??please do more detail survey just say buy a bright future .....dude,annual report only show very little information

MRT to Kajang transports only people.. the economic benefit is limited to the purchasing power of Kajang people only

I collect quite a lot during panic selling in 2nd half. 
Although it average up the price, but I am very confident about future of Asiapac .

Asiapac an undervalue GEM !

ECRL完全根asiapac labu land 没有关系。。全都是凭空想象。。。aviatation hub 只是一个plan....全部还是很初期。。。像Tumbok 现代养猪厂,cavet 地十多年了,立法通过,现在还是零。。。

I just checked up again on Asiapac Balance Sheet

VERY VERY HEALTHY

1) ASIAPAC HAS RM1.27 IN INVESTMENT PROPERTIES (IMAGO MALL INCLUDED)

2) IT HAS RM300 MILLIONS BORROWINGS LESS CASH

IT IS VERY NORMAL TO HAVE LOANS FOR PROPERTY PURCHASE

IN THIS CASE DIVIDES RM300 MILLIONS BY RM1.27 BILLIONS = 23% LOAN

MANY PEOPLE BORROW 70% TO 80% SOME UP TO 90% LOAN FOR PROPERTY

SO 23% IS VERY OK

ANOTHER THING ALL MISSED IS THIS

ASIAPAC HAS RM700 MILLIONS IN RETAINED EARNINGS

SO ASIAPAC ON ITS OWN IS ALREADY ROCK SOLID!!

Not until the next bull cycle for the CPO....the public at the moment no money in their pockets la, many citizens living outside of the major cities still relies on the plantation sector for their living. If your hears the uncles & aunties from small town start boasting about their earning better than bank manager from palm oil small holdings, then you know they next property cycle coming. Now, I doubt it is correct time at the moment.

privatization play kinda depending on luck....sometimes it happen, sometimes it just don't happen.

the fastest growth regions in Klang Valley according to TNB power expansion / projection are:-

1) Semenyih
2) Kuala Selangor
3) Banting

In the end, what is the objective your article ? To buy property or to speculate asset play ?
