Hi Guys,

I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Dear Fellow i3 Forumers

Below we list Palm Oil Versus Steel Insiders/Directors recent buying or selling activities

1) TSH RESOURCES

This one Insider has been buying & buying

2) SOP

Note: Director Tang Tiong Ing after long absence started buying recently.

3) JTIASA

Note: Long time Director Tiong Chiong  Hee only now appeared buying Jtiasa shares for the 1st time

4) TAANN

Dato Wong, CEO of TA ANN in December 2021 alone bought TAANN shares 6 times

5) WTK

For a very long time only Dato Sri Patrick Wong been buying WTK shares. Now Mr. Lim Hong Hin has joined the accumulation of WTK lately

6) FGV

Felda has offered to take (BUY ALL) FGV shares at Rm1.30. Date line extended to Feb 2022 (But curi curi buy from open market illegally??)

Note: Under Capital exercise is Felda "not" allowed to buy from open market when & which Mandatory Offer stands at Rm1.30 limit?

Will Felda offer a higher Buy Over Price next month?

7) THPLANT

Tabung Haji already owned 73.8% of ThPlant

Rumour reports out there

See

Tabung Haji may take its palm oil firm private

Palm oil prices are expected to remain high due to lower production.

KUALA LUMPUR: Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) is considering taking its agricultural firm, TH Plantations Bhd, private, people with knowledge of the matter said amid a rally in palm oil prices.

TH has asked banks for proposals on the potential deal for the owner of palm oil and rubber plantations, one of the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is not public.

Shares in TH Plantations have risen 4% in the year to date, giving it a market value of about RM526 million. TH owns 73.8% of the company.

Discussions are still in the early stages and TH could decide not to proceed with the plan, the source said.

TH and TH Plantations did not respond to requests for comment today.

The potential privatisation of TH Plantations comes after palm oil prices reached an all-time high in May, triggering a flurry of deals activity among Malaysian planters.

Palm prices are expected to remain high due to lower production of palm oil and other oils, planters Sime Darby Plantation Bhd and FGV Holdings Bhd said this month, following the release of their latest quarterly earnings.

The challenges of meeting environmental, social and governance requirements around issues such as sustainability and labour rights are contributing to consolidation in the sector, according to analysts.

TH was set up in 1963 to offer shariah-compliant financial services for Islamic savers planning to make the pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The state-owned fund, which also offers logistical assistance for pilgrims, has about nine million depositors and 123 branches, according to its website.

The government in July announced plans to improve the fund’s management and operations, including a move to list it as a prescribed Islamic financial institution.

8) IJMPLANT

Already taken private by KLK at Rm3.10 (Was Rm2.20)

KLK completes 56.2% stake buy in IJM Plantations, to extend full takeover offer

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 6): Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd (KLK) said it has completed the acquisition of a 56.2% stake in IJM Plantations Bhd from IJM Corp Bhd.

The group is now obliged to extend a mandatory general offer to acquire the remaining stake in IJM Plantations at RM3.10 per share. The takeover notice was served on the board of IJM Plantations on Aug 30, KLK said in a statement today.

KLK acquired the 56.2% stake at RM3.10 per share, or a total of RM1.53 billion, after IJM Corp accepted its June 11 offer.

Question is:

Why the Individual Director/Insider & Companies like KLK, Felda and Tabung Haji show interest in Palm oil? And both buying & taking private?

Do they all collectively SEE A BRIGHT FUTURE AHEAD?

ABOVE ARE PALM OIL

LET US SEE BELOW

1) LEONFUAT STEEL

Three Directors are selling Leonfuat

2) AYS STEEL

Director sold AYS as low as 61.7 sen (So anything above 61.7 sen would be deemed worth selling

Last time while people chased Jaks at Rm1.60 Calvin saw Insider Director sold Jaks and gave warning but unheeded by the maddening crowd then. Jaks crashed from Rm1.60 to 40 sen later

3) ANNJOO STEEL

3 Different Directors are selling Annjoo Steel

Annjoo steel which exports most of its steel to Singapore will be hit hardest by

a) Greatearth Contractor (Spore) payment default

b) Singapore Govt clamp down on overheated Real estate

Why these Steel Insiders are selling since Steel prices are now so high like palm oil?

The answer could be: They see great danger ahead from Singapore & China Real Estate collapse leading to non payment of goods sold & receivables later turn into bad debts just like Sendai. Sendai after Receivables (IOU)) in balance sheet turned bad debts crashed from Rm1.60 to 20 sen for a huge loss of 80% capital wipe out!

Best regards

Let Calvin enlightens you

1) Palm oil according to

Thplant at Rm2,500 cpo per ton already making money as Thplant cost of Cpo production only Rm1,465

KmLoong people very happy if Cpo can sustain above Rm3,000 per ton

SimeDarby Plant people with long years of experience stated that Cpo price will be above Rm4,200 per ton till 1st Qtr of 2022

2) Cpo prices will remain strong due to

Rival canola oil & soybean oil both very high prices will support Cpo prices

Rise of brent crude over Usd86 will turn more Refineries in Usa to convert to Biodisel
Soyoil goes up will lift up Cpo prices in tandem

In year 2022 Many New Refineries in USA will begin production
This will add to Biodisel use as USA pivots to Renewable Energy

3) DEMAND FOR PALM OIL BY 1 BILLION MUSLIMS IN MALAYSIA, INDONESIA, PAKISTAN, BANGLADESH & MIDDLE EASTERN COUNTRIES AS THEY CELEBRATE UPCOMING RAMADAN OR HARI RAYA FESTIVAL WILL GIVE SUPPORT

4) CURRENT FLOOD IN BRAZIL & DRYNESS IN ARGENTINA THIS YEAR OF 2022 WILL SEE SHORTFALL OF SOYBEAN & CORN LEADING TO SUSTAINED AND HIGH PRICES

ALL THE PREVAIING FACTORS FAVOUR HIGH CPO PRICES AHEAD - LEADING TO ASTRONOMICAL HIGH PROFITS
