Today, if you have basic degree, chances of getting job of your qualification is non existent!
And so we cannot blame the last batch of Gen Z opting now to continue their studies! Going to university will be a waste of time indeed!

You cannot walk into university, get a degree and land a cosy job anymore! Instead you have to acquire specify skill custom made for jobs of the future!
Oil and Gas industry are in the last leg! Unfortunately, those in OnG have only decade or so before becoming reduntant!

This is not only happening in Malaysia! In China, new degree holders are so frustrated that they even create a new culture! They call it lying down!
Lying down is a culture that given up on hoping for the best of their future! New generation of chinese China would rather work just enough for food and lodging! That's it! They say if you struggle hard, you may never see any returns! A sad story of many new chinese China!
You see, many of todays degree are obsolete! Unless you have engineering degree, chances of getting a job that reflect your new qualification will be very slim! Sad right!
So if you are business degree holder, i say better start you own business! Buy a bike and deliver food!
With current zero Covid policy in China, it's very hard to see light at the end of the tunnel for most Gen Z over there! Opportunities no longer as good as they used to be!

As for Octoberfest, it's a german culture! Hold it at Hotel Convention Centre so that public are not disturb! Those who insist on participating Octoberfest can organise them in Hotel Convention Centre and pay a small premium for all you can drink event! If you past out, you can check into hotel!
Drinking is an adult right! But you have no right to organise it in public area like malls!

War is a very expensive hobby! All wars end up bad! The Great Britain ended bankrupt because of wars!
US will go bankrupt as they already spent trilions on wars! China not much, only spend on expanding military presence but it's also expensive to maintain!
Russia on the other hand, will go bankrupt badly! Russia totally depends on oil and gas and nothing else! Not even member of WTO! Nothing to export except the ever declining demand of oil and gas!

SsLee! Electrification is replacing ICE cars at fastest rate now! So crude oil may already peak!
In 5 years time, Russia will crumble as demand for crude oil will decline! I mean, Russia s a huge nation, expensive to manage! Without crude oil demand, Russia simply dies off!
Same with Middle East oil producers! Their days are numbered!

While i do say smoking is an individual right, but it also affect bystanders! So it's kind of abusing rights of others!

Russia will not win this invasion as Ukraine are now equip with state of the art weapons! Ukraine also able to adapt to new assault tech like equipping drones with bombs! Something Russia can't even do at the moment!
At the moment Ukraine is trying to recapture the South! If they succeed, then Crimea will be isolated! Which leave only the North portion of Russia invaded area!

Answer : It's not easy to get out of the box! Trust me! My wifey is strongly attached to her 'church'! And i never educate her or tell her off about the bad side of religion! Reason been, it keeps her happy! She gives RM500 every month to her 'church' and i never say anything about it! I say, if one is happy, then we should not mess with their happiness! I believe we can only share our alternative views in comfort of avatar like in i3investor!
