Cut loss if SMA below 200.

By then, good shares become extremely under valued.

Time to cut loss?

I follow TA comes first, FA comes second.
Hence cut loss is a must. I want up trending stock only. It is my rule.

nobodyy buys every shares above sma 200

therefore nobody should sell every shres below sma 200.

KLSE don't go around putting a stamp on a share below sma 200 and says you are dead.

from top to below sma 200, a lot of the shares would have lost 20 to 50% already.

if these were well chosen shares, it is high time to buy more, not cut loss. .......

unless these are rubbish and bankrupt shares to start with.

OTB

why not hunt amongst shares down already.

why only hunt amongst shares up a few months already ( by definition this is what above sma 200 means ).

OTB, your exporter related stock more than half drop below 200d sma, do you admit it?

No right or wrong, follow the system suit you best.
I follow my system and strategy, I did very well. Hence I do not wish to change my strategy.
I will cut loss when the price is below 200 days SMA. I feel very confident in this rule.
Personally, I had cut loss on many stocks to swap to other better stocks. I will not keep down trending stocks.

I will buy back when the price crosses above 200 days SMA again if FA is still good.

OTB wants performance
don't care about risk

performance belongs to OTB
risk belongs to customers.

conflict of interest every customer should take into account.

the price to pay for performance is risk

the reward for risk taking is performance.

if customers only measure performance, OTB will continue to give you the highest risk shares.

Ans : PER < 10, EV/EBIT < 8, Margin of safety > 30%. Both TA and FA are good. What risk ?

I will talk to Mr Koon about this person. I will not give him any copy of my write up. Mr Koon always said that I am a kiasi and kiasu investor.

A licenced adviser is trained in the tools for calculating performance per unit of risk., resulting in a diversified portfolio to minimise risk

An unlicensed advisor has privatised performance and socialised risk., resulting in a focused portfolio to maximise performance.

I am not surprised that he lost so much and shamelessly continue to charge his subscribers ..
Otb is also good at telling lies to make money..
so my advice to those newbies- dont fall into the old geezer trick ... :)
