Yes! Lulu La,

I am a strong believer that CPO prices will shoot up to Rm6,000 a tonne.

After El Nino has depleted CPO Stock pile in Malaysia & Indonesia La Nina will also cause soy oil stock pile to deplete. See in Argentina heavy flooding already wiped off soy beans by 25%.

Hahaha!

I bought some Insas above 70 cts & also

Insane warrant?

Oops! My remisier messaged me "Insane" warrant for Insas warrant.

So how?

Market is in downtrend. But VALUE Has Emerged as INsas' NTA IS Almost Rm2.00

SEE how thankless people are. Both crashed by 60%. Not even one person thank Calvin for warning.

What I DO KNOW FOR CERTAINTY IS THIS

SOMETHING IS BREWING IN MUI GROUP

BETTER BUY SOME MUI BHD SHARES WHILE THEY ARE NOW SO CHEAP AT ONLY 17 CENTS.

Uncle Koon tells people to chase high flying shares while Calvin tells all to buy deeply undervalue stocks now scraping right at the very bottom!

Mui Bhd at 17 cts will be the Next Great Performer after Jaks at 39 cts & Super Enterprize at Rm1.25

High Debts means their management see things differently. They dare to invest while other people still keep looking or even stop there and do nothing. That is what Robert Kuok said : try to do things that other people not dare to do & think differently. I am sure Air Asia and AAX will conquer the world soon.

MOST RIDICULOUS REASON IS : REASON NO. 6

[For this cause there will be both metal fatigue due to more wear and tear due to the very frequent use of planes. This also create stress for the pilots. So accident do happen. Making these airlines high risk undertakings. Once a plane crashes share price will nose dive. When 2 planes crashed into New York Twin Towers in Sept Eleven even Singapore Airline shares crashed by 50%]

2 Planes crashed into World Trade Center is not because of metal fatigue, is because of terrorist attack.
Airlines share price dive is because everyone afraid the same tactic (terrorist attack via airplane) will be replicate elsewhere again. FYI, whole world stock market crashes that day...

You reason is really funny:
1st point: LCC alliance size in totality is smaller than airasia. See the number of plane. LCC alliance only have 176 aircraft while airasia alone already have more than 188 aircraft.

In the budget airline, all of the airline company will have a cost concern. With the establishment of the alliance, this airline need to contribute their effort in the alliance. Hence cost will incurred. In the end of the day, the cost will pass to consumer and it make the air ticket more expensive than before.
In budget, consumer do not care about the services. All their concern is about cost.

2nd point: Please la, tony only disposing tiny a little bit of share while he is injecting RM1billion in airasia. Why you dun wan to say about the injection? Just cover to mislead people?

3rd point: Another face palm. Now oil near to USD50, but it is still way below the price used by airasia last year which is USD120 per barrel(31 March 2015)!! Also, it is also still below USD60++ as per 31 December 2015. Why scare?

4th point: Common. Do you have any accounting knowledge? Depreciation expenses will be offset by capital allowance in the taxation section... I afraid you also dun know what is capital allowance. Please go back and study tax with tax expert before you say this.

5th point: Ya i admit airasia and AAX have high debt. But who cares if in the future they will earn big money? Their financial position will be getting better. Also, USD exchange rate against ringgit malaysia are not getting worse. WHy worry?

6th point: I really dun understand what you talking about. Accident? If everyone scare accident, then no need to have airline company already la?

7th point: Ok you got your point here. I dun know how high it will go but in fact both of the shares already up more than 100% from the lowest point.

Budget airlines set to soar in Southeast Asia's open skies
Publish date: Tue, 17 May 2016, 01:47 PM

SINGAPORE: Low-cost airline groups and manufacturers of smaller passenger aircraft will be among the main winners after Southeast Asia's open skies agreement finally came into effect last month, although airport capacity constraints could limit the benefits.

Ratification of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) open skies agreements by Indonesia and Laos in April lifts restrictions on capacity and competition, allowing airlines to launch unlimited flights from their home to any point in the region subject to airport slot availability.

Hubs like Singapore, which have a clear expansion plan, could gain from an increase in air services, as will budget carriers which are ideal for a region where no two points are more than a few hours apart, say analysts.

"Airlines can launch any number of international flights as the market can support," said Alan Tan, an aviation law professor at the National University of Singapore. "Travellers can thus look forward to more flights at more competitive prices."

Dominant low-cost airlines like Malaysia's AirAsia, Indonesia's Lion Air, and Philippine carrier Cebu Pacific plan to do just that.

AirAsia, for example, wants more international flights from the Philippines and Indonesia, a spokeswoman said. This will help its affiliates, which have found it tough to break into the domestic market in those countries.

"Improved connectivity in the region will be a boon to tourism and strengthen ASEAN as an economic union," the spokeswoman said.
