Fake MOU do not need such detail.
And not many will notice also.

This could be bec ESOS not all out yet, so they needs to pump and dump again to sell and also exercise the remaining ESOS, which will expire this year. It has nothing to do with Russian Vaccines, which is used as catalyst for the pumping.

Next live Briefing with Director is actually same content with previous briefing. Cuma kali ni dalam bahasa Tamil pulak. Target Price masih kekal RM2.60.. mana yang sangkut kat 50-60 sen tu harap bersabar sebab tak lama lagi kita akan melepasi RM1. Mana yang belum masuk atau nak tambah peleburan buleh lah terus Buy hari ni. tak payah Q. Kita target dalam minggu ni jugak harga akan melepasi RM1 sebab vaksin dah siap packing, cuma tunggu nak cucuk jer.

My average price was 0.435, and have been staying calm so far.
The worst case scenario without vaccine might drop to 0.2 which is 50% from the price.
But if vaccine part comes true, it will go beyond 1.5, which is 300% return.

Part of the ESOS, Joyvest gang keep mentioning is about company offering to directors, employees to gain their loyalty, and they are given a period to opt in. The only time the directors will pay and opt in is the time they are super confident in the company growth. It works the same for me in my company. Apart from it, they claiming the directors are selling the ESOS shares, this is not true as there is no announcement on it.

ESOS price should be around 10 to 20%, the discount for Ucrest is far too high, not fair for the public investors. ESOS approved 3 years ago, if price drop they sure will adjust lower but when up they should adjust higher also. Very low ESOS price dilute the value of the shares as the amount issue is huge.

Normally ESOS is approved and offer to the employee, directors at lower rate which is 3 years ago. It will tied up with a period where they can convert it. But normally company will not change the price after offering it. That's what I seen in Bank, Insurance companies doing with their senior management too.
Of course, as part of the shareholder I will not be happy on diluting the shares.
