I dont know much about insurance I dont want to argue with u on the existence of this insurance.

Even if there is such provision, I doubt it comes cheap . Note that this is the second time. I will assume it the same as car accident insurance where the second occurence onwards will reduce the amount compensated. Whichever angle you look at it, there will be implication on time and cost to the management just on the restructuring of the factory part. The revenue of the core business is going to drop 50-60% because they cant deliver.

This exclude other factors. Like it or not, the fundamental is heavily shaken. short - mid term for sure. Long term maybe.

How do u even proof your upcoming unrealized profit. how is the insurance going to compensate.

this stock at 1.08 when breakdown from neckline already sent a big warning to mkt danger is ahead some more this is the head of shoulder neckline. Stk rebound hit neckline again then making new low....Fire or any other bad news is just happen use to explain why the share price is falling. If u act according to TA u already out b4 major crash down...This kind of incident (not necessary fire)will happen over and over again....

this counter might go lower, but is temporary. Support stands at 0.605 and 0.375 according to fibonacci retracement.
This quarter report for sure will badly affect in terms of their profit because of the termination of operation that caused by fire in their main factory. However, their prospect remain solid and attractive with a strong fundamental backing up.
Opportunity or risk?
Anyhow, it takes time to stabilize this counter.

Try not to take risk on this counter. Electronic industry is very particular on quality control.
Although they can rebuild their production line after 9 month, they still need to apply for so many certificate like ISO Quality, ISO Environment, need to go thru so many quality audits, Customers approved FA, then have to build customer confidence on their future order.....

Dufu is their closest competitor but don't think they have sufficient additional capacity to absorb the quantity from Notion. The industry need few vendors to support the 500 CNC machines output. Some of them might be MMI (Spore), Brilliant (Spore), Nidec (Jpn)...
