.... 2011 lowest @0.04 peak @0.075 averaging @0.055.
.... 2012 lowest @0.08 peak @0.14 @0.18 averaging @0.105.
.... 2013 lowest @0.10 peak @0.18? @0.25? averaging at @0.130?

one thing is obvious folks, you can't buy back 0.05 very very difficult. even 0.08 is difficult but not impossible. if Tey wants it to appreciate further from now 0.105 towards 0.155, their is no turning back or buy low again. JAN FEB MARCH months is the crucial observation period. these are my "assumption"

That one is known already. Issuance of warrants and new shares to fund the development is normal too. If you believe you can hold. But I believe EX-date should see the share trading below support level.

Anyhow, why does it seem like any Tom Dick and Harry companies these days diversify into property development? How many will actually see fruition?
Just something to ponder.

On 10/02/2012 outsourcing contract
with PT Inovisi Infracom listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange. The Agreement provided NCB with a GUARANTEED
revenue of "US$22.5 million" over a period of 3 years from Inovisi, under which Inovisi shall appoint NCB as its outsourcing partner for the supply of InoConnect Internet Protocol (“IP”) Interconnection, and InoConnect Bandwidth Optimiser, respectively, a service platform that serves as a telecommunication operator for delivery of IP services and a service platform that reduces large data packets into smaller ones, allowing data to be sent out via faster and more consistent IP networks.
The execution and relative size of the Agreement provided an impetus to NCB to service Inovisi in a cost efficient manner. Hence, a need arose for an "in-house data centre facility" instead of paying to external hosting service providers. At the same time, NCB can also provide data hosting to other external parties to generate revenues.

... of course will push up before EX but if reaction is bad will cause share price to go further down. i don't think this is CBL counter, CBL prefer lost making counter. wait early tomorrow to gauge the reaction.
actually this is a Good Announcement depends on how you look at it. Contract already in hand, they need a platform, they gain a platform + property + future service provider. disadvantage it takes longer time
