If not mistaken, this company also intends to engage in oil and gas industry. That could be the influence from Indonesia-JV partner and I believe this conglomerate is having enough expertise to support NNCB.

... i don't get you about transfering shares among themselves. Heah is just a substantial shareholder dispose of 16M shares still got balance of 34M in hand. no, they are not going into O&G, that is not Tey strength. he need his own nest thats why his ambitious to build one to serve as his platform for phase 1 50M project. there will round 2 & 3 fund raising. the only thing i don't like, too much shares dilution, almost clocking 1B issued share after EX rights. this is just a small cap technological counter, who needs back up and back up is a MUST to counter unforeseen risk: cash flow, time delay. the irony is that each bursa counter need fund to generate fund. so not enough fund, go for rights issue, pay you peanut dividend, keep big cut for themselves. then seek delisting and pay back you back small amount. no loyalty no ethic. bursa is the biggest culprit to approved all these game lately.

As Bursa never hv in-dept knowledge of Hse rule (2say least !!), of course no surprise they r blur in most occasion to approve anything put "b4 their meal" , u got what I mean .......... LOL

... look dumb123 i no insider to gauge what is HEAH's mind. maybe the dispose some and subscriber to the rights issue. rights issue is tricky for retailer, you need extra cash to subscribe or else sell the OR but your share price become lower after extime is the factor.
... this is how i look at it: today TUE 15/01 share price should go down lower judging by m'sia retail acceptance, yet support is still at 0.10. amount sold at @0.10 1,790,000 shares, not much.
... secondly they are "answerable" to their supporter "substantial shareholders @0.11". yeah i understand everybody feeling here getting stuck with this counter, everyday the same, ding dong, stagnant, too slow, taking to long a time to realise your capital gain, bought high earlier, the same is with me too. business is risk, share market more risky, is how we beat the odd, know their game, to survive to cari makan in KLCI. GOOD LUCK folks

Old dog tricks. Announce bad news short sell 0.11, collect 0.10, get more share to subscribe right and get free warrant so average cost 0.105 minus warrant value 0.05, so net cost only 0.085. After right done announce good news price up 0.17 sell warrant 0.10. So mother make 100%, warrant make 100%. double return. like that lor.

nextnat uses rights issue to fund property development is not favor by market. nextnat with positive rolling 4 qtrs, disposal of office, PT private placement, should be able to undertake the project without cash call (put aside the viability of this property development).

it will take sometime for the market to absorb this move.
