Look like the BB is going to break out, if the prce go above 11.5 cts with good vol, might consider to go in. T/P 15.5 cts.

... earlier i said the need "cash flow", i thought raise fund through banks, internal & PT Inovisi. out of my expectation, but not unexpected, to raise 40M 1 phase. technically they will raise up the price above 0.11 before EX, maybe around 0.15. after ex around 0.13 then renouceable OR at 0.02 (depends on demand and mother shares). when all the rights issue fully subscribed and trade in the market the price should be lower the 0.13 maybe around 0.10/0.09 plus free WB (exercise price 0.11) at 0.05/0.04. it will take 2 months before things resume back to normal 0.11. these are just "assume scenario". in long run up to 9 months from now it back to square 1, the only difference is you are holding more shares at roughly the same price. as already mentioned in the detail announcement they want more subcriber to WB & WA to further raise cash for their expansion. so i don't think they will want their share price become like thrash.

... tomorrow morning is crucial, lets see how

Fistly in shares investment u got to make sure u don`t lose.
Secondly the holding power u have is how strong?
Contra playing is only play onece a while,when got the class 1 opportunity than only involve yrself.Too offen will spoil yr health.Too early to heaven,money is meaningless.Body in heaven;money in bank,what for?
I think what chleong mentioned is good enough for yr refference.
Very simple,for nextnat just hold it.

Almost all the transaction done at 0.105 are fake. Just right hand pass to left hand. Those q at 0.11 are the real sellers but they will never eat it.

該公司宣佈以3配2比例發售3千963萬9千600股附加股，每股發售價為11仙，再隨每5股附加股派送3憑單比例，派發2億3千783萬7千600單位憑單；附加股計劃最低可籌措1千173萬令吉，最多可籌措4千360萬令吉，資金將用來融資該公司將進行的綜合產業發展計劃。

一旦憑單被行使，估計可籌措2千616萬令吉。

該公司表示，公司去年收購雪邦一塊面積高達5.9英畝的地段，並和Graha Tunas Makmur聯手進行首階段的商業產業發展計劃，董事部因而預見，地段發展將佔公司淨利和總淨資產的25%或更多。

上述地段的初步總發展值和總發展成本各達約3億6千410萬和3億零120萬令吉；稅前盈利估計為約6千290萬令吉。整項計劃估計需4到5年完成。該公司也正和數潛在夥伴，包括Graha Tunas Makmur，探討進一步的聯營計劃。

該公司相信，除保持並加強現有的資訊科技業務，綜合產業發展計劃也是另一值得開拓的核心業務商機，以讓公司能夠避免專注單一行也的風險，尤其科技業的競爭愈來愈激烈。

另外，附加股發售價11仙，是億豐网通截至1月11日的5天加權平均價10.72仙；憑單的行使價也是11仙；一旦憑單被行使，估計可籌措2千616萬令吉。

分析

分析員認為該公司進軍全新且毫無關聯的產業發展市場，加上這項業務短期內無法貢獻盈利，卻會沖淡每股盈利，因此並不看好上述計劃。

達證券認為附加股計劃將影響投資者的購興和股價，並在考慮到盈利沖淡效應後，將目標價從13仙調至9仙，評級從“守住＂下修至“賣出＂。

週二閉市，億豐網通收10仙，平盤。

達證券表示，產業發展與該公司核心資訊科技業務毫無關聯，該公司卻設下未來貢獻超過25%淨利的目標。

“產業計劃醞釀期約4至5年，附加股計劃預計在2013和2014財政年沖淡28%和35%盈利。＂

該行補充，該公司恐怕也難以兼顧產業發展和去年9月開發的外包業務。

“這項計劃的風險，料超過建設內部數據中心帶來的撙節效應。＂

該行假設附加股全數獲認購，估計2013至2015財政年盈利預測將提昇13%、7%和6%。不過，由於產業計劃須待2018至2020才貢獻盈利和撙節成本，因此該行並未納進其影響。（星洲日報／財經）

Business needs to grow and the risks are there. If they are serious in business then should be alright. Lee Kah Seng has no experience in property but he made the move that secured him with plenty of wealth today.
