NPL getting worse everyday, possible more banking consolidations

if EPF is abandoning PBB, it may mean the new banking consolidation may exclude PBB, while PBB dun mind, it could end up as a small player in banking industry...

nobody knows when is the bottom.
if interested in banking stocks can try dollar cost averaging

buy daily or buy weekly or buy monthly

but frankly, the bottom not yet reached ....of course everybody got their own right opinion

Steady pbb, this kind of movement is what I want to see. Not much of manipulations. Just slow and steady move up. As long as epf not selling, this should be the normal movement. Hope epf not coming to sell again later.

EPF still holds 15.43% share. Already down from 15.92% in December 2020. That's a substantial amount of shares disposed in just less than 2 months. Smart investors should have collected substantially by now because they should stop disposing very soon.

EPF won't sell all PBbank share because PBbank provide of Good Dividend % and upside chances is very good. PBbank shouldn't be a problem touching RM5 if Covid-19 over.
If EPF have met his target and stop selling, PBbank could up even faster.

First shorties and epf were selling, now only epf is selling. Look at the trading sentiment, long term buyers are ready to collect from epf. Don't worry, we collect dividend as CNY ang pow first.

@Kevin Tam, we understand you are an intelligent man and understand what is going on. New C19 numbers are decreasing. Economy is declining but is now returning to recovery sooner. Current MCO will not continue becos vaccines almost in & vaccinations will start soon. Govt knows which is greater cost between lives & livelihoods crisis on a long-term basis. Kevin, you should know numbers alone don't dictate share price. If it is pure numbers, Tesla is Overpriced. So, quantitative and qualitative analyses are equally important in new millenium. If not for epf dumping it will be 4.16. Nvmd, epf will stop dumping when their amount is met soon. I can't imagine how fast pbb will surge when our country kicks start our vaccination program in March. The outlook will only get better and better. Cheers!

Looking at these few days buying power, don't think epf selling is a problem. Hold tight and get your dividend first. Thing like epf selling which we can't control, just leave it aside. Next week bull starts to run liao..... Bad rat no more.

Be smart. EPF are not the best informed people ( read Transmile ) and most ofter they will be lead by special intrest group ( read the controllers of this country) and hence their decisions will be skewed. So when they are forced selling , it will be woise to SLOWLY pick up some , as oppurtunities comes once in a while. Most long term investers would have been holding at a higher pice bu their ringgit cost averaging. So if u buy lower, u gain more. Not very probable to go down drastically. If it holds , u are still gaining. Just my opinion. I also think that they will simply sell lower among themselves so as to buy lower.... very possible if u look at some shorting the market.. with deep pockets... just make up your own mind.
