Nouriel Roubini said he expect Fed to raise interest rates by 25 points the next meeting. He said inflation in US is still high. We know that when interest rates rises, bond prices will go down. Banks holding these government bonds will be in the red since they bought these bonds when interest rate was zero. Let's see how the contagion in the US banking system can be contained.
