Kindly be advised that at the request of DRBHCOM, trading in the Company's securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 24 May 2017 pending an announcement.

I am hoping for good news. Today I saw a rombongan at Glenmarie showroom. Looked like Geely. Government had said that they will only give more money once announcement of FSP. So I am hoping that with the new line of credit, need to announce FSP.

Its a 50 50 situation....if govt inject new fresh fund 0f 1.7 billion it will eventually set off its losses of 1.3 billion leaving nett profit of 400million...And its another new debt proton owing to govt...Now we have 2 probability

1.Upon fund inject into DRB govt will secured either both party geely or PSA to be strategic key partner for future developments

2.Issuance of New RI just like what MRCB did....& adjustment of share value with increased of new share issuance..

Geely & PSA will not purchased DRB with hefty sums considering the staggering debt proton is accumulating..Its must be a competitive price witj fair value to its new share holders..

Be careful...might be going down first because government aid is consider a weakness like MRCB asking for cash call from EPF. Trade cautiously. Unless proton is sold DRBHCOM can go up.

Whoever party be it from geely or PSA will definetely conduct a due diligence on DRB offered pricing before entering conditional sales agreement.If the pricing is suitable then a decision between both party will sealed.Looking into DRB losses YOY basis & upcoming QR to be released expected DRB will incurred another hefty losses again.
