Dont forget Geely acquisition is subject to Capital Control............As long as HSR is not awarded and Bandar Malaysia is not resolved... do you think China authority will approve??

Think about it why NO "definitive agreement".... just MOU.....

China is NOT "idiot".... they should have learned from BM deal...
