Keep the peace. Just wait till July then all will know.

What is already confirmed are

1. GEELY JV WITH PROTON
GEELY BUYING 51% Lotus and 49% of Proton

2. Drb called off Jv with malakoff for solar farm on Tg Malim lands

3. Geely will use Malaysia to export to Asean 10 nations of 620 million with little or zero tariff.

4.Geely will turnaround Lotus just like they did with Volvo in China. Sports car profit margin is almost 20% - more than twice that of saloon cars.

5. Will Geely allow Proton to use its SUV platform?
Highly probable. Proton has Sedan and Mpv. Now Suv would fit nicely into the Proton range of cars.

6. Tg Malim will be in expansion and Proton retains all its 60,000 staff for maximum production of cars to 500,000 units.

7. So just wait.

Meanwhile attention might turn to these:

a) Bank Maumalat (merger?)
b) Pos (raise tariff?)
c) Puspakom (sudden raise of inspection fees like MyEg raising worker levee fees?)

So just watch.

GE14 is still in progress.
So the uptrend for DRB is still ongoing.

Any weakness just add more.

If GE 14 in progress, i doubt the gomen will approve hike on POS and puspakom. Things are already bad and gomen image is not good. Further hike before GE is really adding salt to the wound.

C28 gonna expired on 30 June this month, as usual, issued by Macquarie.

Talked to a Volvo manager, he told tat Volvo has a factory at Shah Alam too, n upgraded few years back, very slim chance to shift to Tjg Malim.

Again, hope the MCA minister not syiok sendiri again, said so loud tat Volvo will operate at tjg malim soon, but end up ntg happen.

If GE is postpone, most likely DRB wont so fast to move...EPF n LTH no longer majarity shareholders, mayb they hv some hidden agenda to push down & cause panic sell, then buy back again to manipulate the price...

Just like last year Sep-Nov, pushed till rm1.5, then let it dropped below RM1.

Better be careful...

Don't worry. BN always support GLC stocks like DRB. Stocks will be sold down by EPF if the CEO support the oppositions openly. Eg. Supermax experienced such attack before.

Rm1.25 billions has been disbursed by the gov. Another 250 millions will be disbursed in one week time. Another Rm1.1 billions research fund will be disbursed to Proton once the Proton-Geely agreement is signed in July.
