This drop not become of trend analysis. It s because of Trump. Even with Trump erratic policy implementation, mrcb is still holding around this price. It means the price had already factored all these negativities.

Trump is just isolating US and China is filling up the gaps. Sooner or later US would realise it makes a big mistake in electing Trump and gave back the 6000 DJI points it gained since Trump became President. Market would adjust and depeg from US if this is how Trump going to run its country.

Frankly speaking, since it broke the supporting at 1.03+-, its next supporting is at 0.90+-. What is important now is the price must climb back to 1.03 in order to avoid it keep dropping to 0.90 supporting. With the new awarded big project, i may expect new catalyst to upgrade its TP in short term. With current unstable market sentiment, whether investors want to buy, this is another question. We always say "do right thing in right time". Mrcb definitely is a right stock to buy. Is now d right time to buy? It has been dropping from 1.30 to 0.98, ask urself n decide. Nobody can decide for u. Ball is on ur hand.

Good afternoon to all at Mrcb Forum

Let's do a simple calculation about Mrcb's latest announcement of Rm7.5 Billions Job Awards for Kwasa Damansara. This one is beyond PDP and involve some Value Added Works

PDP was 6% but since this is a Normal Construction Job let's take 20% profit as a guide (though PTaras Jaya has higher percentage profit we keep to a conservative 20%)

So Rm7. 5 Billions x .2 = Rm1.5 Billions Profit for 12 years from 2018 to 2030

How much per year?

So divide Rm1.5 Billlions by 12 = Rm125 Millions Yearly for 12 Years

Now how many sen?

Let's go to latest QR and see

Rm105,653,000 profit

And equal to 4.82 sen

So to get the sen per year

Divides Rm125,000,000 by Rm105,653,000 and then multiply by 4.82 sen

= 5.702 sen per year or 5.78% per year for next 12 years profit for Mrcb in this just one deal

For 12 years Multiply 5.702 by 12 = 68.43 Sen

So this is our deduction

Mrcb is making 68.43 sen for a price now worth 98.5 sen or 69.47% profit

SO AT 98.5 sen we are assured of 5.78% yearly profit from just one job award for next 12 years

What about profits from unbilled sale of Rm5.2 billions.

And we have not even included profits from kia peng land sale, menara celcom land sale and ascott hotel sale.

And we also have not yet included

EDL Toll compensation

PDP for HSR jv with Gamuda for Rm30 billions

And Bandar Malaysia (At least winning a portion as Mrcb is expert in TOD) see www.mrcb.com.my

Now let's go further

Suppose we also use the 20% profit benchmark for Rm5.2 Billions Unbilled Sale?

So Rm5.2 billions x 0.2 = Rm1,040,000,000

How many sen profit?

Divides Rm1,040,000,000 by Rm105,653,000 x 4.82

= 47.44 sen

So if we add up Kwasa Land profit 68.43 sen with 47.44 sen unbilled sale of rm5.2 billions

The total projected profit is Rm1.15

Now share price has fallen to 98.5 sen

So after minus 98.5 sen (cost) from profit there is a surplus of 16.5 Sen Extra for Each share

And we have not yet included profit from sale of Kia Peng Land, Menara Celcom & Ascott Hotel

We also await toll compensation for EDL

Impending Award of HSR Jv with Gamuda for Rm30 Billions

And Bandar Malaysia?

Now there are other hidden Values in MRCB

1) MRCB owns MQuill Reit
2) Prime Lands all over (KL SEntral alone worth Half billion ringgit)
3) Further Job Award from Kwasa Damansara (Total Rm55 Billions), KL Sentral, Pj Sentral, Penang Sentral & Putrajaya Sentral

NOW JUST GO THROUGH ALL THESE POINTS ONE BY ONE AND THINK CAREFULLY LONGER TERM

WHAT THEN IS THE TRUE VALUE OF MRCB?

1) 2018 is different from 1997/8 or 2007/8

LAST TIME NO QE. NOW TRUMP JUST PUMPED ANOTHER USD 1.3 TRILLIONS INTO US.

The real trade war will not happen no one no big guys wanna spend that kind of money! If the argument continue during the weekend, I believe some of the foreign fund wok come in ASEAN market. If the argument stop, Most stock counter will recover. In Mrcb case, should be going uptrend...Next couple of week not going uptrend can focus on other counter LE.

It s healthy for DJI to correct back to the range of 21k-22k as DJI had gone up from 20k to 26k++ within a year after Trump becomes President. It s time to get back to reality that Trump isn't as good as US thinks he is.

Hi guys, I will give you all one good news and bad news

1) Good news : MRCB will rebound after touch 78.6% at 0.97/0.965

2) Bad news : If MRCB drop with volume and break 78.6% support, it will then test Fibonacci Retracement of 100% at 0.875.

So remember have your own trading plan. Who knows trend is correct, just the time has not come yet !
