This private placement scheme is at disadvantage to existing shareholders especially those who has the extra $$$ if they opt for right issue. Every shareholders'holding has been diluted except for the private placement party. 20cents is big discount but hope this scheme will bring the company (share price) to new height.

gearing drop[from current 1.83 x to 0.88x.

I don't think there's going to be any update on the TP
I think the analysts meeting hold by MRCB few days ago should have disclosed this info to the analysts who gave the TP

epf holding will be diluted from 38% to 32%. Just below the MGO level of 33%. Probably epf do not want to take the placement share is to meet SC condition.

PPA shares will obviously dilute d value of shares, sharks already made their money when it 1.40 now declining but Edge tgt price 2.00 but this is possible in 2016 if they do declare profits in their quartely report.
