In theory, in the 'inefficient market', it can goes totally different direction.

KLK is UP but BKAWAN is down.

The GAP between the Value and the Price is widen, it posts an opportunity for Value Investor.

BKAWAN is now at very attractive PE as a giant company, below 10x, partly because of the share buyback up to 4.54% now, hence increase the EPS.

Plantation stock is affected by the commodity value right? And since CPO is dropping, wouldn't that affect the earnings of such companies? Ala KLK, SIME?

@Pathew, the impact is very serious as FCPO is 3-Y low and Stock level is very high and going to be higher by end of the year.... Don't buy Plantation now.... have to wait awhile until the 'mist' disappeared.

Wonder what is the CPO price today...

this owns KLK... 47% so at this price its undervalued...
have alot of treasury shares.. so KLK holdings with batukawan is about RM25 very cheap Batukawan.... BUY BUY BUY

lol, i was reading the KLK annual report just now. Bkawan doing so so only on their own if separate the contribution from their associate. in fact their net operation profit if down from 2010 to 2011 ( without considering the associate contribution )

if going to tap on to KLK contribution indirectly through holding BKawan, i think the same symptoms like iCap gonna surface here
