Only people playing margin get panic. Regarding 2 it's NTA. It's land bank was value long ago I guest. Nowadays it worth may b 10x the value in it's balance sheet. Lets b conservative take 2x it published NTA 2x8=16. As a matter of fact, we r not paying 2high from it's NTA.

but market decides tomorrow, we'll see, mau angkat murah kah mahal kah, lepas angkat naik kah ,jatuh kah...boleh kena heart attack...but the one who're not only panic but urgently need money are funds...when needs is more the emotion...they need to do what is best...so comes the chain reaction...these funds are called funds..but they also play margin, contra/without money... in big volume.. glupp

I guess when CPO prices are sky-high, the Co has tonnes of money flowing in but unfortunately share prices are also high. When CPO prices are down "bo lui" to buy shares back although going for cheap.
On hindsight perhaps it's better to accumulate excess cash in good time & buy them only when share price dips.

I wonder why this Co is so stingy with dividends. On a "bad" quarter like ending 31 Mar 2015, it's EPS = 29.62 sen but interim dividend only 15 sen. Retain so much cash in the company for what? Surely it can pay more without compromising it's solvency, liquidity etc
