the good result news was out unofficially for the past week...the whole market was knew that result to be out by 27th or 28th.. may contra player try to make some quick profits....!! most of them with T2/3/4 today....hahaha....u can slowly collect now...expect some more selling till today 4 pm...this wat my remiser told me...TQ

Price drop is mainly due to the Ukraine/Russian issue, and partly other reasons. Look at the overall market. US Market drop cited the Ukraine issue.

I don't think the shareholders would like their shares to be sold at discount as these are their wealth. Discounted share price means discounted wealth. One day they sure will jerk up the price and it is just the matter of time...

Exclude gain of property disposal, what is the actual profit for this quarter? (pre tax profit RM171.05 - RM160.3 gain of disposal = RM10.75mil only) . Pls correct me if i am wrong...

Profit before tax exclude disposal =131M (before tax). PBT for this quarter = 36M

Why 4th QTR operation profit is so low at 10.75 if it is correct???? What went wrong here with their business...Their report is very confusing...They sud indicate how much total profit they earn fm business operation alone apart from gains fm land and property disposal...So how much is the total net profit fm Business Operation alone for 4th Qtr??? @edtai...u should look at the NTA of the stock then only decide whether it's over price or yet? Look at the PE as well...

Thanks Trisven your advice. Actually i look at its PE so low below 10 only without evaluate its NTA. NTA is quite high after seeing your advice. In additional, the company background and foundation seems good as revenue also is at up trend. This is why i bough it. Let see how it goes in short term period.

collect more. Very good price. Anything below 2.15 is a steal. Warrants discounted a bit also, 3 ticks lower. Buy the PJ DEV Wa too..TP 2.50 end of the year.

The trading price range is huge recently. Its too volatile compared to the nature of defensive stock. A bit sad of recent opening price after quarter report, and its report is actually not that bad.

In fact I top up a bit at 2.05 today. See if can collect bit more tomorrow, if continue downtrend :)
When a good company sells at discounted price, it always indicate a buy.
