Most share analysts suggest buy SKPetro now. No body is going to cheat you. If you think SKPetro is cheap now, you sell PJD and buy SKPetro. Make money, analyst won't ask for his share. Lose money, don't blame lah.

Just treat the whole thing simple ie after the offer which most probably won't be accepted by majority. Where would the PJ Dev's value next? remember 20% growth mentioned in profit for 2015 that would be about RM0.60 EPS. With that, how much PJ Dev worth?
