My bet is that there won't be any takeover or corporate exercise. Major shareholder is buying from the market. If there is a takeover, that will constitute insider trading and he will end up in jail

Aheng, I dont agree with you... that warrant gives better return... coz I bought PJD at 70 cents, and its return now is 65%, not counting the dividends received over the past few years. I cant remember how much we PJD shareholders paid to subscribed to the warrants few years ago, but I know it's quite cheap.

Normally, there is no volume for this stock. There were some high volume activities in last few days, look like something will happen soon since the NTA is at 2.12.
