i have been waiting almost 2 yrs plus...just matter of time..those high PE share price still up like hell, y those low PE, good div share still laggard? many people still havent discoverd this pjdev..
For property developers, its logical and a norm to purchase landbank for growth and development However, the reverse is true for L&G, a property developer buying a completed building and collect rental income which is likely to be lower than the financing costs incurred to purchase the building in Putrajaya, just does not make sense.
I m looking at this company now... And I understand better why its profit margin, ROA and ROE seem less attractive compared to other property counters, it is because it has rather substantial hotel/resort properties sitting in its balance sheet - Damai Laut and Swiss Garden hotel chain. So, it is not a full fledged property developer. They have been delivering consistent revenue and dividend, and I am wondering if this counter deserve some attention ...
this counter...stagnant went other countera go up but if other counters go down alot, ikut sama ...I cut loss go into other counter last month. result is not bad last round price didnt go up much at all...
Once the acquisition of a piece of land in Section 13, PJ is completed, wait for the announcement to build retail and service apartments on this land which will contribute positively to its income.
this stock wont make u laugh and make u smile... it will only accompany u till old and wont give u heart attack good to be wife but not a good lover : )
UK housing price increasing, they are also well diversified into power etc. most important when other stocks up, this one also follow unlike...,ahem...this one. also no heart attack for this stock....
Visit to their showroom for the launch of the final phase of YOU City (YOU Vista Tower) indicated that their smallest unit priced at 560psf for 512 sq ft units have been sold out.
hng33 you got pjdev ? it seems like our stock picking quite similar. i have done an analysis, the latest quarter jump in net profit is due to higher contribution by property division. Net profit for property development for Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 are RM2.2m, 6.9m, 7.4m and 11.5m respectively. Going forward, there should be more profit contribution from property development. Net profit should continue to grow. But i dont hold mother. I hold pjdev-wc
this counter has been active recently. Not a bad idea to pick up some warrants at 27 sen. 7 more years to go. Exercise price of RM1.00. Annualised EPS about 17 sen. PER now 6 times only. Profit will further increase when further property profit is booked in (the recent quarter has seen some profit from new projects slowly coming in...)
PJDEV is coming out from a long silence...Tis is a very solid company with valuable investment properties asset...U can find swiss Garden hotels all around malaysia and its business provide steady income stream to PJDEV besides its property division...I would say tat PJDEV is very well diversied company with solid earnings...I wonder why so far no Analyst is covering tis company and no price target given by them??? I guess price target of 1.50 could be reached by year end...Reiterate Outperformed call!!!
30% gearing and coy pay 5 sen dividend consistently so yield not bad lah.. The coy was in trouble during the 97 crisis, but now the balance sheet look ok.. not much institutional investors so price no push.. but the projects are in prime locations, so prospects good I think. I holding the warrants, because long expiry in 2020 and ex price only RM1.
